Most products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your product's shipping date.
Price Mistake of the Day products may be returned only when defective and within 14 days of your product's shipping date.
Opened Software, Cellular Accessories, Wireless PDAs, Books may be exchanged within 30 days (14 days for Price Mistake of the Day products) of your product's shipping date for the same item only. No refunds are available for these items, if opened. Our recliner chairs are not returnable or exchangeable. We will gladly repair or replace the Recliner chairs if found defective or in case of malfunctions (within the warranty period), however sales are final for all Recliner chair orders.
Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Furniture must be disassembled in original packaging.
All returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please click here to request for an RA#.
Damaged Merchandise: It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the merchandise at the time of delivery. Please refuse the shipment if there is major damage. If minor damage is found, please contact us immediately.
NOTE: SOME PRODUCTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 25% RE-STOCKING FEE UNLESS THEY HAVE A 30 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
Returns freight charges will be at the expense of the purchaser. Packaging and shipping any damaged products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser (customer). In certain cases we may pay for the freight charges, however packaging and shipping the product back to the warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.

Ground (5 to 7 business days following manufacturing if any): Free (US lower 48 states/mainland only).
2nd Day Air (2 business days following manufacturing if any): 40% of your subtotal with $69.95 minimum.
Overnight (Next business days following manufacturing if any): 60% of your subtotal with $69.95 minimum.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico:
Standard Air (3 to 5 business days following manufacturing if any): 40% of your subtotal with $69.95 minimum.
International:
Canada Ground (7 to 10 business days following manufacturing if any): 20% of your subtotal with $24.95 minimum.
Canada 2nd Day Air (2 business days following manufacturing if any): 40% of your subtotal with $69.95 minimum.
All other countries: Air (7 to 10 business days following manufacturing if any): 60% your subtotal with $199.95 minimum.
